Jim brings a life-time of hands-on experience to the Beechmont SC, including two State Cup Champions while with CUP. He believes in developing strong teams by developing strong players. He demands a players best effort, and stresses the importance of practicing as you play. He pushes his players hard, and expects the best out of each one - and usually gets it.
